We offer domestic and commercial cleaning services. Our Domestic cleaning service includes: Regular weekly and fortnightly cleaning and/or ironing on request. We also offer one off cleaning including “Spring-‐clean”, after-build/party clean, deep clean and after-‐builder cleans. Commercial services include: Office Space cleaning, Shared and Communal area cleaning.
90% of applicants are rejected due to our rigorous vetting procedure. Cleaners must pass an initial telephone screening followed by a face-‐to-‐face interview in their own home. If successful the cleaner must then provide eligibility to work and 2 written reference requests. PVG checks are also available on request.

Yes, all of our cleaners are covered for public liability and personal injury. All our staff have company customed uniforms and IDs.
All cleaners receive industry standard training on induction and as part of our policy all cleaners are subject to random stop checks for quality control.
Yes, just let us know how long you require and this time will be added to your agreed cleaning schedule.
Between 2-5 days. This provides us sufficient time to make a proper match on your cleaning requirements.
All of our cleaners are fully insured to undertake any internal work required in your home. They are not covered for any external work outside of the home.
Agency fees are paid upfront through standing order mandate with the balance paid to the cleaner in cash on the day of the clean. You may also choose to pay all by bank transfer within 12 hours of the job being completed.
No, the majority of our clients prefer to specify the substances used in their homes due to cross contamination and allergen purposes, as well as to keep costs down. Please be aware that due to health and safety bleach is a banned substance.
Yes, this is a mandatory requirement of our vetting process. Cleaners must be able to speak word perfect English.
We will provide another cleaner to do the job until they return at no extra charge.
